No hourly billing. Every engagement is priced as a defined unit before it starts, so you always know what the next invoice looks like.

Platform audit
A week-long review of what you already have, delivered as a written findings report and a fully priced backlog. Half the fee comes back off your first block of work.
Ongoing
Ticket retainer
Every request becomes a ticket with a fixed price you approve before work starts. Buy a block of credit, spend it at your own pace, pause whenever you need to.
Defined scope
Fixed-fee build
A product with a clear end, priced in phases with a deliverable and a payment attached to each one. You own the code and the accounts from day one.
